scope of services.

membership.

with an unlimited membership, the contract partner can make one booking per day per course category. fee-based special courses are not included in the membership.

training cards.

with the purchase of a 10-session card, 10 group classes (=10 logins) can be booked within a period of three months. with the purchase of a 30-session card, 30 personal training sessions can be booked within a period of twelve months. unused logins expire after the validity period.

the training cards are personal and therefore non-transferable.

pausing / extraordinary termination.

membership.

in the event of the member being unable to attend for more than one month due to illness, pregnancy, or military service, the contract can be paused for the duration of the incapacity upon presentation of a medical or official certificate. only whole months (1,2,3, etc.) can be paused, not weeks. the start date of the pause is flexible (example: 1 month pause from february 15 to march 14). the contract term is automatically extended by the period of the pause. the application for a pause must be submitted in writing within one month after the start or knowledge of the illness/inability to participate.

in the event of a move to another city, the membership can be terminated upon presentation of a registration confirmation from the respective city at the end of the respective contract month. in the case of an annual subscription, the remaining period will be refunded proportionally from the total price within 30 days of the contract end.

the contract partner may apply for a pause once per contract period for other private reasons (vacation, lack of time). the application must always be submitted in advance and the pause may not exceed 3 consecutive months. here too, only whole months can be paused.

otherwise, the legal regulations apply for other contract terminations.

training cards.

in the event of the trainee being unable to attend for more than one month due to illness/inability to participate or temporary absence from the place of residence, the validity period of the training card will be extended by the corresponding pause period. the application for an extension must be submitted in writing within one month after knowledge of the illness/inability to participate or knowledge of the impending absence.

duration of membership.

the minimum duration of the premium membership is six months. the membership can be terminated by either party with a notice period of 1 month at the end of the initial contract period. the termination must be made in writing to anti, brunnenstrasse 9, 10119 berlin.

if no timely termination is made, the contract is automatically extended by the duration of the agreed contract period. the notice period is then again 1 month for both parties at the respective contract end. the right to extraordinary termination remains unaffected.

upgrade of membership.

an upgrade to a higher membership model is possible during the contract period at the end of each contract month. the 6-month contract period then starts anew.

a downgrade to a lower membership model is only possible at the end of the 6-month contract period with a notice period of 1 month before the end of the contract, in written form (email or mail).
