terms of USE.
In the following, “ANTI” and “ANTIspace” work synonymously for ANTIspaces gmbh.
1. General Terms of Service
With the purchase of a personal training session package, active and recovery credits, or a membership, the contract for the agreed services comes into effect. After receipt of payment, the services of ANTI can be used to the agreed extent. With the account at the external provider bsports, appointments can be made online.
A membership, or an active credit, entitles the holder to participate in the ANTI group training sessions to the agreed extent, with fee-based special courses excluded.
With the purchase of a membership or credit pass, the contract is concluded with the contract partner. The underage child is contractually designated as the user/participant and beneficiary and can use the services purchased with the training card of the contract partner.
After receipt of payment, the services offered by ANTI can be used to the agreed extent.
The number of participants in the courses is limited, so prior online registration for course participation is required. Registration for a group training session is binding due to the limited number of participants (see below: “Cancellation”).
2. Payment Terms:
Payment for the agreed services is made in advance; for a membership, the fees are collected exclusively via SEPA direct debit mandate, and credit passes must be paid online.
For memberships, the account holder listed in the direct debit mandate authorizes ANTIspaces GmbH to collect the fees from their account via direct debit. At the same time, the account holder instructs their financial institution to honor the direct debits drawn by ANTIspaces GmbH on their account.
ANTIspaces uses bsports and Stripe (payment provider) to manage and process memberships, including the collection of membership fees.
In the event of any direct debit not being honored due to insufficient funds or unauthorized revocation, bsports is authorized to execute up to two additional attempts to collect the invoice amount before deactivating the user’s bsports account until the payment has been successfully received.
Purchases are not refundable beyond the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies to all classes, treatments, and memberships. (Should you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase and before using any services, a refund will be processed).
3. Cancellation:
Personal training appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the respective appointment. The canceled session will be automatically credited back to the session package. If canceled too late, the package will be charged for the respective session.
Group training appointments can be canceled online up to 24 hours before the start of the respective appointment. If three booked appointments are not canceled in time within a month, ANTIspaces reserves the right to delete all pre-booked appointments of the contract partner up to that point as a sanction. The contract partner is then free to book available appointments again.
ANTIspaces reserves the right to cancel group courses that have fewer than three participants registered one hour before the course begins.
4. Right of Withdrawal & Refund:
You have the right to cancel your membership, classes, or treatments within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason and receive a full refund, provided no services have been used.
This 14-day right of withdrawal applies to all memberships, class packages, and individual treatment bookings. If services have already been used within this period, no refund is granted, but cancellation for future services will be processed.
5. Membership Pause Policy:
Memberships:
In the event of an inability to attend due to illness, pregnancy, or military service for a period of more than one month, the contract can be paused for the duration of the incapacity upon submission of a medical or official certificate. Only full months can be paused (1, 2, 3 months, etc.), not weeks.
Maximum pause duration is 3 months per calendar year. Members must notify ANTIspaces in writing and provide appropriate reasoning/documentation to apply for the pause.
In specific circumstances, such as unforeseen emergencies, ANTIspaces GmbH may evaluate the request for a pause on a case-by-case basis. Members should contact customer support via mail to discuss such situations.
Training Cards:
In the event that the trainee is unable to attend for more than one month due to illness or temporary absence from the place of residence, the validity period of the training card will be extended by the corresponding pause period. The application for an extension must be submitted in writing within one month after the knowledge of the illness/inability to participate or the impending absence.
6. Termination and Cancellation of Memberships:
The minimum duration of the membership is 6 or 12 months. The membership can be terminated by either party with a notice period of 1 month at the end of the initial contract period. Termination must be made in writing to ANTIspaces GmbH, Brunnenstrasse 9, 10119 Berlin.
If no timely termination is made, the contract is automatically extended by the duration of the agreed contract period. The notice period is then again 1 month for both parties at the respective contract end. The right to extraordinary termination remains unaffected.
7. Health and Safety
Medical Disclosure:
To ensure a safe experience for all participants, it is mandatory for members to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect their ability to safely participate in classes or treatments. This includes but is not limited to conditions such as heart problems, joint issues, pregnancy, or chronic illnesses.
Participants are encouraged to consult with their healthcare provider before engaging in any physical activity at ANTIspaces GmbH. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in an increased risk of injury, and ANTIspaces GmbH cannot be held liable for such incidents.
